For more than 20 years, Jen and I have had the privilege of supporting and helping raise money for Bridges Outreach — and enjoying some golf along the way (this year, miniature golf 😄).
Bridges Outreach was founded by one of my closest friends and former college roommate, Travis Taflinger. Travis has an incredible heart for the youth of Kokomo, and watching what God has done through this ministry over the years has been truly inspiring.
What started as a small outreach has grown into an impactful after-school ministry serving hundreds of at-risk students across multiple schools throughout the Kokomo area each year. More than anything, Bridges provides these kids with encouragement, mentorship, stability, and the love of Jesus during some very difficult seasons of life.
I wanted to reach out and simply ask if you might consider making a donation to support their mission. Please don’t feel any pressure at all — we know there are many great ministries and causes to support. We just personally know the people behind Bridges, believe deeply in what they’re doing, and have seen firsthand the difference they’re making in the lives of these kids.
