Bridges Outreach exists to bridge communities, schools and churches through programs that feed, tutor, mentor, employ and provide affordable housing to youth and their families. Bridges Outreach creates windows of opportunity for families by developing each individual academically, socially, emotionally, physically, financially and spiritually.
